The BEDO SOS service is currently only offered for Ajax devices, but we are constantly working on the integration of new security systems. Please submit a request and we will inform you about the possibility of pairing BEDO SOS to your alarm.
How can I buy a BEDO Ajax alarm system?
You can purchase BEDO Ajax security technology in our e-shop or through a certified installation company we cooperate with.
Can anyone help me install the BEDO Ajax system?
The installation of BEDO Ajax security system is very simple and can be done by almost everyone. However, if you want to make sure that you have made your home truly secure, we will provide you with an installation company in your region that will take care of everything.
What if my BEDO Ajax security system has a defect?
The BEDO Ajax smart security system has a standard warranty period of 2 years. In the event of a defect in your system during the warranty period, we will promptly replace the defective device with a new one. In the event that such a situation occurs, please contact our BEDO helpline on +420 228 227 714 and we will deal with the claim immediately.
Where and how do I cancel BEDO SOS?
Cancelling BEDO SOS is just as easy as activation of the service. You can cancel your BEDO SOS service at any time in the BEDO portal. The service will then automatically terminate on the last day of the billing period.
How is BEDO SOS paid for?
You will only need a credit card to pay for BEDO SOS. After the first payment, the payment will be repeated once a month using the credit card you chose for the first payment.
What if I block my credit card?
The BEDO portal will automatically notify you of incorrect payment information by sending a message to your email address and offering you the option to update your payment card.
Who can purchase this service?
The service can be purchased by an individual over the age of 18 for home security purposes, not for business premises.
